Our rotary screw vacuum pumps are equipped with a specially-developed KAESER vacuum airend with SIGMA profile. Single-stage vacuum generation supplies a so-called low vacuum. Technical data:

  • Intake capacity: 4.75 to 15.70 m³/min
  • Final vacuum: 99 %
  • Pressure: 10 mbar (a)

The connection-ready packages are the ideal solution for dust extraction, packaging and filling machines, drying, degassing or filtration, for example.

Your advantages

    IE3 motors are mandatory in the EU since 2015. These motors and the SIGMA profile ensure that our packages use significantly less power.
  • Low-maintenance and service-friendly:
    Cooling air filter mats protect the interior from dirt, the gas ballast provides enhanced water vapour tolerance, low speeds extend the service life of all components.
    Wide opening doors and a removable rear panel facilitate maintenance.

The V-belt drive system with automatic tensioning powers the airend at precisely the right speed no matter which airend model is being used. The motor power is transmitted to the airend as efficiently as possible, saving energy and contributing to the superior reliability of the compressor.
