Future-proof compressed air refrigerant drying

All refrigerant dryers from Kaeser Compressors will use the new R-513A refrigerant by the end of 2019. Utilising this climate-friendly refrigerant will assist compressed air users in future-proofing their system as Australia transitions to low-GWP refrigerants as part of the Australian HFC phase-down.

Sigma Air Manager 4.0: Tomorrow's technology today

Industrie 4.0, or the Internet of Things: the Sigma Air Manager 4.0 (SAM 4.0) makes it all possible, the ability to make predictions far in advance, know today what the future holds, network components and exploit much larger data volumes than ever before, whilst also ensuring significant energy cost savings and delivering a reliable, consistent and efficient compressed air supply.

Ten years on and four Kaeser Compact series rotary lobe blower packages continue to deliver a reliable supply of low pressure process air to the water recycling plant at Pennant Hills Golf Club, built in 2008 to supply the club with its own secure, sustainable and drought-proof supply of irrigation water.

Kaeser Compressors has recently added two larger models to its Mobilair e-power (electric-drive) portable compressor range. The M250E and M255E models deliver exhaust-free and quiet compressed air production, wherever an electrical power connection is available and ideal for use in low emission and noise protection areas.

The recently launched HBS series of screw blowers from Kaeser Compressors, set a new benchmark in compressor technology for the 132 to 250 kW power range, with flow rates from 60 to 160 m³/min and differential pressures up to 1100 mbar. These powerhouses not only feature exceptional control characteristics, quiet operation, optimised footprint and low maintenance requirement – they also deliver consistently high efficiency across the entire control range.
